Reset a forgotten password

If you have an email address

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?.
2. Type the email address you signed up with and send the request.
3. Open the email from QuizBox and follow the link. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
4. Choose a new password and sign in with it.

If you are a child with a teacher-made sign-in

You use a username, not an email. Ask your teacher to reset your password. They will print you a new card.

Still cannot get in?

Send us a request, or use the contact page if you cannot sign in at all. Please never send your password to anyone, including us.
